The United Palace team continuously strives to modernize our nearly 100-year-old building for the needs of 21st century audiences. That includes accommodating guests who have limited mobility or other accessibility needs. Our customer service team is here to help – contact us before the show with questions or requests. We want to help you have an unforgettable experience at the United Palace.
Wheelchair Accessibility
We offer designated seating areas on the Orchestra and Upper Loge levels for wheelchair users who want to remain in their wheelchair. (Both levels also have accessible restrooms.) The United Palace also has transfer seats on the Orchestra level for guests who don’t want to sit in their wheelchair during the show. Please call or email us to purchase wheelchair and companion seats in these sections. Entering the United Palace is barrier free. Guests with special mobility needs may use the VIP entrance at the security check-in on Broadway to expedite their entrance. Once guests are inside the foyer our front-of-house staff can help them to their seats, including the Upper Loge which is only accessible by elevator.
Some special events, such as our Lobby Series, have different seating configurations that can also accommodate wheelchairs.
